SPECIALTY: ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY

Dr. Weiss performs General Orthopedic Surgery through minimally invasive approaches whenever possible. The procedures performed at the Waterfront Surgery Center include Arthroscopy of the Knee and Shoulder, ACL and Rotator Cuff Repair, Carpal Tunnel and other peripheral nerve related repair, and minor fracture cases.

Dr. Weiss is the Medical Director of the Waterfront Surgery Center, a Clinical Instructor at the University of Pittsburgh, and a member of the Orthopedic Steering Committee at Jefferson Hospital, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the Allegheny County Medical Society, and American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Weiss has also served as the Chief of Orthopedic Surgery and Chief of Surgery at Jefferson Hospital.
